- The ICA’s Teen New Media Programs are open to all high school students. Fast Forward is an accelerated, multi-year new media program offered free of charge to qualified high school students. Participants meet weekly, developing a portfolio of work for critique, presentation, and distribution.

i really enjoyed the entire philip lorca dicorcia show and everything was for a different reason. the male prostitutes and strippers were raw and revealing, showing how much people will show in order to make money. the head shots were great because the people that he focused in on weren't necessarily gorgeous or stand outish. he took ordinary people, closed up on their faces and put it into a museum. i like that because it's different from the art you usually see at museums. i liked it all. it was very well put together.
I feel as if the lighting in this piece is the main element to draw the viewer in. The way that the light is shined onto the face of the second man, behind the first, not only draws your eyes closer to the second man, but draws you towards the first man. Even though the man in front is enveloped in complete darkness, i was drawn to his face because i want to learn more. I want to learn what he looks like. I enjoy the way this photograph was set up. Kudos.
